To enable the Video Player for Chrome, Safari or Firefox, first make sure you have the Adobe Flash Player Plug-in installed. You can google Adobe Flash and download it from their official website or here.

Chrome (Release 62.0.3202.94) 

  1. Make sure you're on a page with the video player on app.canvs.social.

2.  Click the "i" icon that is next to the address bar. Find Flash in this menu, click on Ask (Default) and then Always allow on this site

3. Hard Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 on PC or ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift + R on Mac) and click the video player again.

Safari (Version 11.0.1)

  1. On the Safari drop down click Preferences or click ⌘ Cmd + , 

2. Click the Security tab, and make sure Enable Javascript is checked 

3. On the Websites tab, ensure that Adobe Flash Player is On for the Canvs site. Hard Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 on PC or ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift + R on Mac) and click the video player again.

Additional Steps for Safari For OS X 10.8 and 10.9

4. After Steps #1 and 2 above, click Plug - in Settings.If you have Adobe Flash Player, you will see it on the left in the list. Check the box next to it and highlight it.
5. Under Configured Websites next to app.canvs.social click on the dropdown and select On, and if Enabled Security Protection is check uncheck it.
6. Hard Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 on PC or ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift + R on Mac) and click the video player again.

Firefox (Version 57.0)

  1. Click the Lego icon near the web address editor and click Allow and Remember.

2. Hard Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 on PC or ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift + R on Mac) and click the video player again.
